Different types of honey exist, based on the processing

Honeycomb Honey: It’s honey sold as it is in the honeycomb of the beehive. Honeycomb is edible as well.

Liquid Honey: Honey’s most familiar form for us. Extracted from the honeycomb using centrifugal force.

Cristallized Honey: Honey in which most if not all of the natural glucose has spontaneously crystallized. It’s a natural process, as most of the honeys crystallize with time.

In many countries crystallized honey is preferred to it’s liquid form as it’s used in place of jelly or marmalade.
