Honey is one of the best and most authentic experience you can taste.
Nature gifts it to us as it is, and it’s up to us to gather it and distribute it. If the honey is Italian, it’s a byproduct of our countries, a result of the patient work of Italian beekepers in a landscape that offers variations and riches unique in the world.
The most important work made by the bees is the pollination, necessary for the plants to reproduce.
When a bee gathers the nectar and the pollen from the flower of a plant, it latches onto it’s hair, and when the bee visits the next flower, some of the pollen goes on the stigma, the reproductive organ of the flower, at which point the pollination is complete.
